Thunder Awards "What you do thunders above your head so loudly." The Thunder Awards program at Heart of America Medical Center recognizes employees who provide excellent service above and beyond our expectations. The program includes three separate awards, which are chosen and presented every three months. The HAMC Rewards and Recognition Committee will decide which of the three Thunder Awards your nominee fits into: U-MADA Award - You Make a Difference Always: This employee consistently displays a positive attitude, motivates other staff with performance and actions that model our facility's Standards of Behavior. Tip-Top Team Award - This team or department is committed to helping our facility reach its fullest potential by expanding knowledge and developing skills to enhance service and improve overall quality. This includes, but is not limited to, our pillar goals of People, Service, Quality, Finance and Growth. Excellence - This individual or team/department has a creative, new, innovative idea or improves an existing practice that brings forth positive change to our facility.
