Heart of America Rehab and Wellness Center offers something for everyone. Wellness Services The 2,500-square-foot Heart of America Rehabilitation & Wellness Center exercise area is a great place to workout solo or socialize while you exercise. Our staff is ready to meet your needs through fitness programs and classes, personal training and dietary counseling. The center is equipped with treadmills, elliptical equipment, recumbent and Airdyne bikes, NuStep machines, rowers, free weights and a bench press. Television sets are scattered throughout the workout area and showers are available. Patients are welcome to use the Wellness Center as part of their therapies. Individuals who want to regularly use our exercise equipment, receive personal training or participate in wellness programs or fitness classes purchase memberships.
