Diabetes Education
Diabetes education provides people with the knowledge and skills they need to successfully manage their diabetes and prevent complications through problem solving, learning coping skills, eating healthy, being active and regular monitoring.
Program services include:
- diabetes screenings
- diabetes evaluation
- educational classes
- support group (create internal link support group)
- individualized diabetes management counseling
- diabetes and pregnancy counseling
- insulin pump therapy and continuous glucose monitoring system
