The VolunTeens provide regular interaction with residents. VolunTeen Program The HAMC VolunTeen Program is open to youth between the ages of 12 and 18. VolunTeens provide welcome support to hospital patients, Long Term Care residents, Haaland Estates basic care residents, and HAMC staff members. VolunTeens perform many of the same services as adult volunteers. Teens who volunteer at least 15 hours are rewarded with a pizza party at the end of August. To volunteer, teens need to fill out a volunteer application form.
