Personal Training

Personal training is just that: An individualized exercise program designed to meet your fitness goals. Personal training can greatly improve the quality of your workouts and can be arranged for at any time.

We can design programs to help you lose weight, build strength, increase flexibility, improve heart health, eat better or any combination of these goals. We'll help you put together a program that works for you.

Personal training sessions typically last 45 minutes. You can save by partnering with at least one other person; groups are welcome. You also can save by purchasing a package of nine or more sessions. Package sessions expire six months from the date of purchase.

We encourage new members to purchase six to nine personal training sessions to help them become comfortable with our facility, learn proper techniques and establish good exercise habits.
