MacKenna Arnold, Exercise Physiologist
MacKenna offers personal training, group training, group exercise classes, education hours, and HAMC employee wellness classes.
MacKenna grew up just outside of Harvey, ND on her family farm. She attended Harvey High School and continued to the University of Mary where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Exercise Science, with a Wellness minor. Upon graduation, MacKenna became a Certified ACSM - Exercise Physiologist and is currently in her Master’s program for Clinical Exercise Physiology through the University of Mary.
In the wellness center, MacKenna serves in Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab, Sports Acceleration, Strength & Power, and Personal Training.
