Rehab and Wellness Center

Heart of America Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is at the hub of Heart of America Medical Center. Our professional staff provides Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Cardiac and Pulmonary Therapy, and other rehabilitative services such as sports medicine, occupational medicine, and wellness services.

The Wellness Center also offers fitness training, dietary counseling, and therapy outreach services to clients in private homes, schools, correctional centers, rural clinics, nursing homes, and workplaces for the community.
