The 2,500-square-foot Heart of America Rehabilitation and Wellness Center exercise area is a great place to work out by yourself or to socialize while you exercise. Our staff is ready to meet your needs through fitness programs and classes, personal training, and dietary counseling.
The center is equipped with treadmills, elliptical equipment, recumbent and Airdyne bikes, NuStep machines, rowers, free weights, and a bench press. TVs are scattered throughout the workout area and showers are available.
Patients are welcome to use the Wellness Center as part of their therapies. Individuals who want to regularly use our exercise equipment, receive personal training, or participate in wellness programs are invited to purchase a Wellness Center Membership.
Become a Member
We hope you will become a member of the Heart of America Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. Wellness Center hours for our members are 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Memberships may be month to month or you can save by using our 6 or 12-month plans. Seniors ages 60-plus receive a discount on the monthly rate.
Those with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Dakota may be eligible for additional discounts through their Health Club Credit Program. We are also a Silver Sneakers facility for those with BCBS as their secondary. Contact the number on the back of your insurance card for more information.

Memberships:
Single: $30 monthly, $170 for a six-month pass, and $340 for a one-year pass.
Family: $45 monthly, $250 for a six-month pass, and $500 for a one-year pass.
Senior: $25 monthly, $130 for a six-month pass, and $255 for a one-year pass.
Senior Family: $40 monthly, $200 for a six-month pass, and $420 for a one-year pass.
Effective October 1, 2018, the Wellness Center is free for employees and HAMC volunteers to use. Discounts are available to family members of employees.
Visitors are welcome to use Heart of America Rehab and Wellness Center facilities from 7:00 am to 9:00 am and 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The daily use fee for visitors is $5. Traveler memberships are $15 per week.
