When to Call
NetCenter Technologies regular service hours are 7:30am – 5:30pm. Our team is available to assist with all IT needs, with the exception of EPIC troubleshooting or user creation.
After Hours Needs
NetCenter Technologies has an after hours on-call technician available for any needs that is directly impacting patient care or deemed an emergency (i.e. server/SonicWall/internet/power outage or any situation that is impacting 75% or greater of the users). Calling the support number at (701 499-5636) will connect you to the on-call technician.
