HAMC is excited to bring you a dynamic Summer Sports Strength & Conditioning Program. This hybrid program is designed to enhance athletic performance by focusing on strength, coordination, agility, speed, and building foundational athletic movements. All sessions will take place at the HAMC Wellness Center, unless otherwise notified by trainers.
Session Length: All training sessions will last 60 minutes. Athletes are expected to arrive early for a warm-up in order to make the most of each session.
Priority Registration Form Time slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration will receive priority.
Required Forms Please print, fill them out, and bring them to your first session.
Full payment is required before training begins.
